**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
+ Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals, vehicles, and/or materials at the location.
+ Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities through regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter.
+ Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations as needed.
+ Work collaboratively with clients, visitors, and staff to support a welcoming and secure environment at the location.
+ Document observations and/or incidents according to site-specific protocols and Allied Universal policies.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site and Allied Universal guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
