The firm handles complex civil litigation and medical malpractice matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Attorneys work alongside skilled professionals, including paralegals, nurses, and legal assistants, to deliver exceptional results for clients. Why join us? The firm is seeking an experienced civil litigation or medical malpractice attorney to handle complex matters, including: Managing cases from client intake through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs
Conducting and defending depositions of fact witnesses, experts, and medical professionals
Advising clients and carriers on strategy, risk, and case evaluation
Participating in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials in Virginia courts Job Details Opportunity to manage your own cases with support from an experienced team
