Job Title: Recruiter

Location (city, state): Remote – open to candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones (must be able to work EST hours)
Assignment Type: 3+ month contract, potential for extension or conversion
Pay: $40 - $43 / hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s fast-paced talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for a high-volume recruiting professional with strong sourcing skills and experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help attract top technical talent nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active requisition load of approximately 30 open positions at a time.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment — from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of AEC professionals to meet short- and long-term hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce priorities and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and related employment regulations.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems (experience with iCIMS or UKG preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the AEC industry.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume requisitions (20–30+ roles simultaneously).
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools; familiarity with iCIMS and UKG is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive and adaptable work style.
