We are a well-established, family-run garden center and landscape business seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Plant Puller to support our landscape operations team. This position plays a key role in making sure plant materials are prepared and organized efficiently for our landscape crews, while also helping to maintain the health and appearance of our plant inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull trees, shrubs, perennials, and other plant materials from retail areas and stage them in the designated landscape reserve area.
• Maintain an organized and clean staging area to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify and select high-quality plant materials based on job needs.
• Monitor and care for plant health in the staging and reserve area (watering, pruning, etc.).
• Assist garden center customers when needed, providing excellent customer service and plant knowledge.
• Lift and move large trees and heavy plant materials (5075 lbs or more) repeatedly throughout the day.
• Work closely with the landscape and retail teams to meet daily and weekly goals.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely and frequently
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed

Recommended but not required:

• Strong plant identification skills (trees, shrubs, perennials, etc.)
• Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a garden center
• Spanish speaking ability
