Role specifics and benefits: As a Radiology X-Ray Tech, you will perform radiographic examinations of extremities, chest, abdomen, and specialty requests, setting up and operating portable and fixed imaging systems with precision. You’ll position patients across ages, adjust exposure factors, and verify image quality before release to physicians. You’ll maintain radiation safety by following ALARA principles, using shielding, and documenting dosimetry as required. You’ll participate in quality control, equipment checklists, and routine maintenance to ensure reliable performance in fast-paced settings.
