You start your shift with a quick walk-through of the production floor. A faint rattle from a conveyor catches your ear—you log it for a preventive check before it becomes downtime. You move on to scheduled inspections, tighten a drive chain, swap a worn bearing, and verify a sensor is reading correctly. Mid-morning, you’re called to a line stop—within minutes you’ve diagnosed the fault, replaced the component, and documented the repair so the team can keep moving safely and efficiently.

Your core impact

• Keep production assets running through routine maintenance and timely repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical faults quickly and accurately
• Execute preventive maintenance inspections and adjustments
• Repair or replace worn and defective parts and assemblies
• Maintain organized tools, accurate service logs, and maintenance records
• Respond to breakdowns and production priorities with a safety-first mindset
• Ensure all work complies with company safety protocols and standards

What you bring

• Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Tech
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and comfort with shop tools and machinery
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently, balance tasks, and follow through
• Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices
