Whether you are an experienced clinician or a 2026 grad/resident looking for a supportive “home,” we have the tech and the patient base to help you thrive.

• The Clinical Pro: Someone with a DDS/DMD and a valid Virginia license who values patient-first care.
• The Rising Star: We are explicitly open to 2026 GPR/AEGD residents or top-tier new graduates who are eager to learn and grow their clinical “tool belt.”
• The Communicator: Someone who can turn a treatment plan into a conversation and build long-term trust with our middle-class patient base.
