The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Title and Settlement Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll coordinate the closing process from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and title commitments
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys to facilitate seamless closings
• Conduct closings with professionalism and clarity, answering client questions with confidence
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are compliant and timely
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an efficient and memorable closing experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate closings
• Strong understanding of real estate settlement procedures and closing disclosures
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — calm under pressure and confident in client-facing situations
• Proficient in title software and Microsoft Office Suite
