Job Overview

The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of complex commercial and federal concrete projects. This role allows you to command your own job site and lead dedicated crews while ensuring high-quality structural installations. You will have the field autonomy to manage everyday operations and the support of an executive team that rewards elite performance.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise and mentor field crews of 3-10 concrete professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage the daily execution of concrete field work in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Coordinate complex daily tasks and adjust schedules to maintain project timelines against weather or supply changes.
- Formulate comprehensive daily reports and execute concrete material orders directly through the company system.
- Build and present proactive two-week look-ahead schedules at weekly internal alignment meetings.
- Resolve real-time structural and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or material safety hazards.
- Lead required weekly safety toolbox talks, daily team huddles, and mandatory stretch-and-flex routines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the concrete construction field.
- Proven ability to lead crews of 5 or more field employees with minimal corporate oversight.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed concrete drawings, submittals, rebar plans, and shop layouts.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Active OSHA 30-hour certification and current CPR certification.
- Professional bilingual language skills to seamlessly coordinate with diverse field teams.
