Remote ITSM CMDB Lead (ServiceNow)
A regional healthcare provider is seeking an experienced ITSM Configuration Management II to oversee the governance and management of ITIL Configuration Management processes in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT Configuration Management Systems and be familiar with CMDB data models. Responsibilities include defining and leading CM lifecycles, facilitating audits, and enhancing service delivery.
