Clinic Director (RN) – Men’s Health Clinic | Ageless Men’s Health

Location: Fairfax, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role
Pay: $109,000 total starting annual compensation (base salary + clinic director bonus with uncapped potential)

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (RN) to lead our Fairfax, VA clinic.

At Ageless, we specialize in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men look better, feel better, and live better through proactive, personalized care.

What You’ll Do
As a Clinic Director, you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and hands-on provider , guiding your team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes while overseeing daily operations, compliance, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
• Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform assessments under established protocols.
• Administer and monitor testosterone and other wellness treatments per provider-approved plans.
• Perform hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections .
• Support and execute individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising provider or medical director.
• Oversee clinical documentation, lab tracking, and EMR accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and clinical quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth through exceptional care and service consistency.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members , fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
• Represent Ageless Men’s Health as the clinical face of the brand in your local market.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care preferred).
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred).
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care.
