Join Our Team as a Quality Control Inspector!

Location: Gordosnville, VA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (4-day workweek!)
Position Type: Full-time

Are you detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality? FM Expressions is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our printed products meet the highest standards before reaching our clients.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting printed products to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our quality promise by identifying and removing defective products before they reach our customers. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment.

• Inspect and approve incoming materials based on company standards and visual/measurement checks.

• Identify and discard defective products while communicating any issues to the Printing Department.

• Verify product counts and ensure products are properly stacked and organized.

• Accurately document inspection results and enter data into the quality database.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and operate machines following safety guidelines.

• Perform additional duties and assist other departments as needed.

• Ability to follow instructions with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

• Ability to visually inspect small print and color details.

• Physi:cally able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous quality control or production experience is preferred but not required.

• Must pass a basic color test.
