Job Overview:

The Studies and Analysis I position involves analytical support with a focus on developing and delivering analysis reports, objective assessments, documents, and development of recommended plans to address the mission needs, capabilities, and requirements across a broad range of critical DoD missions in support of PEO Land Systems PEO Strategic Support Areas.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists the PEO LS in assessing capabilities to support improved mission performance and safety of DoD personnel.
• Develops defensible conclusions and recommendations based on structured objective analysis such as DOTMLPF-P and enables PEO LS and all Service leaders to make informed decisions that best align Department resources and capabilities with mission demands.
• Responsible for tracking, drafting, and coordinating contract deliverables from initiation through submission.
• Compiles data and prepares input into larger reports.
• Performs assessments and projections as part of analysis process.
• Develops technical reports and briefings, project deliverables, and other finished products.
• Interfaces as a collaborator with internal team and external entities.
• Use computer tools to facilitate analysis tasks.
• Synthesizes complex information and distills key findings for appropriate audience.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Successful experience working in a team environment.

Security Clearance:

• DoD SECRET Clearance.

Travel Requirement:

• Approximately 5%.

Preferred Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Experience in working in a hybrid environment and with hybrid collaboration tools (MS TEAMs and SharePoint).
