Your Role as an RN:

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing patient-centered care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering knowledgeable and compassionate clinical practice and care coordination.

Providing patient care with a focus on patient and family needs.

Utilizing evidence-based practices, guidelines, and care pathways to enhance patient outcomes.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless care experience.

Requirements:

Work Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Day, Mid, or Night available).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience; 2+ years of emergency department experience preferred.

Education: BSN from an accredited nursing program. Candidates with an ADN must complete a BSN within 5 years of hire.

Licensure: Current RN license or eligibility to practice as an RN in Virginia.

Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Providers required; CEN/ACLS certification preferred.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $36.75 - $62.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Expected Hours: 36 hours per week.

Work Environment:

Acute Care, Emergency Room (ER), Hospital, Inpatient Setting.

Magnet Hospital designation.

Supportive and collaborative team environment.
