Position Title: Machine Operator

📍 Location: Henrico County, VA

As a Machine Operator , you’ll be at the heart of our production process—operating machinery, inspecting quality, and supporting logistics. • Operate manufacturing equipment in line with work instructions and quality standards.
• Safely drive forklifts and industrial vehicles, following OSHA guidelines .
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
• Use computer systems for production tracking and logistics.
• Keep the manufacturing area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate clearly across departments and levels of the organization.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks as part of daily operations.
• Be flexible to work various shifts , including weekends and holidays.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Hands-on experience in machine operation and assembly .
• General labor , packaging , and industrial equipment experience
• Skilled with hand tools , forklifts , tape measures , CNC machines , and calipers .
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings .

• Experience with CNC or automated machinery .
• Ability to earn and maintain a forklift operator’s license .
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools like dial calipers and micrometers.

This role is based in a modern manufacturing and assembly facility in Henrico County, VA. You’ll work in a collaborative, with diverse responsibilities across production and logistics. The facility features new equipment , a clean layout , and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
