Dentist – Ashburn, VA
Join a private practice passionate about providing exceptional care and fostering professional growth for every Dentist on our team. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled clinician to provide comprehensive care to a patient base with a high Dental IQ and excellent treatment acceptance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $200,000+ Income Potential based on a percentage of collections.
- An initial daily rate is available to ensure a smooth transition.

Practice Environment

- Top-Tier Support: Well-trained staff with 2 hygienists assigned per Dentist .
- Quality Focus: A practice dedicated to the highest standards of clinical excellence and customer service.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree and a Virginia dental license.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar clinical setting.
- A solid track record for production and excellent people skills.
- Must be a collaborative team member who is active with Continuing Education.
- Training at institutions like Spear, Pankey, Dawson, Kois, or Misch is a plus for any Dentist applicant.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Work-life Balance: 4 days per week.
- No Weekends: Enjoy your time off without Saturday or Sunday shifts.
- Evening Shift: Includes only one evening per week until 7:00 PM.
