Performance Marketing & Analytics on US Card is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Manager. This individual will support the ongoing creative development process for our Marketing team. They will also lead process improvements that will help the marketing team more efficiently develop a higher volume of performant assets. Finally, they will manage the relationship of a third party vendor that supports creative development and experimentation for Capital One. The candidate needs to be skilled in managing stakeholder and customer expectations, while concurrently maintaining delivery momentum. This role includes working closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Enterprise Supplier Management, Technology, Legal, Risk, Creative, etc. to enable our collective organizational goals. You'll be driving projects based on defined priorities; ensuring scope of deliverables and timelines are met; identifying risks and issues and mitigating and/or escalating as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Own creative forecast management for Display, Meta, and YouTube channels

• Creative development execution support, including:

• Owning the creative brief submission process.
• Collecting and consolidating all creative development feedback through each round of creative development.

• Build and maintain creative project tracker, ensuring creative development projects stay on track and are delivered in a timely manner

• Manage creator asset management, including:

• Ongoing creator vetting for talent used by Performance Marketing
• Creators rights extension management.
• Project manage creator video edits between internal teams and external creator agencies.
• Evaluate creator monitoring and serve as point of contact for escalation process and video edits.

• Manage the relationship with a third party vendor that supports Capital One on creative development and experimentation, including:

• Support platform value generation through coordination & tracking of segment partner test results.
• Maintain access required for platform & ensure relevant meeting attendee lists are maintained.
• Support integration opportunities of 3rd party platforms to unlock resourcing efficiencies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, Google Docs, etc).
• Ensure platform and integrations remain well managed for Enterprise and Governance standards.

• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes and put improved processes into action

• Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery and holistically consider needs

• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting with key stakeholders

• Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as external and internal partners across the enterprise

• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience

• 2+ years of Marketing experience

• 1+ years of experience partnering with creative teams and developing marketing materials

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project ManagerRichmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
