Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Eagle Security Solutions is seeking highly disciplined, professional Armed Security Officers who meet and maintain strict performance standards. This position is for dependable, accountable individuals who take pride in professionalism, appearance, and readiness. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Registration and Firearms endorsement — REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Clean criminal background & ability to pass drug screening
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication
• Strong, clear report writing skills (daily & incident reports)
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and decisive under pressure
• Must follow all company policies, SOPs, and DCJS regulations

UNIFORM STANDARD (MANDATORY)

• Khaki pants
• Black polo
• Black boots

REQUIRED DUTY EQUIPMENT (MUST HAVE)

• Concealable or Tactical Body Armor
• Quality Handgun, Level 2 or Level 3 OWB Retention Holster
• 3 Magazines
• 2 Pair of Handcuffs
• Flashlight
• Expandable Baton and OC Spray
• Body Camera

• Maintain a strong, visible armed presence
• Conduct active patrols and remain highly observant
• Control access and verify identification
• Respond immediately and professionally to incidents
• Produce accurate, detailed, and professional reports
