Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, with opportunities to learn equipment operations and support production processes. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support operations within various production teams
- Assist with equipment operation and production tasks
- Perform quality checks and report any irregularities to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety protocols and union guidelines regarding shift flexibility
- Participate in cross-training and operate forklifts as needed
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working with machinery
✅ Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment handling
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

- Experience in production support, inventory, or assembly
- Familiarity with quality control procedures

🏭 Work Environment

- Shifts are typically 8 hours, with potential for 10–12 hour shifts
- Weekend work required, with at least one weekend off per month

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.31 - $20.31/hr.
