Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, with opportunities to learn equipment operations and support production processes. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support operations within various production teams
• Assist with equipment operation and production tasks
• Perform quality checks and report any irregularities to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow safety protocols and union guidelines regarding shift flexibility
• Participate in cross-training and operate forklifts as needed
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working with machinery

✅ Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment handling
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

• Experience in production support, inventory, or assembly
• Familiarity with quality control procedures
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled, noisy environment

🏭 Work Environment

• Weekend work required, with at least one weekend off per month

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.31 - $20.31/hr.
