Position Title: Clinical Outreach Manager

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some weekend and nights required.

Travel Requirements: Hybrid Remote in Alexandria, Virginia | Candidates must be located within a 30-minute to 1-hour drive from Alexandria, Chantilly and Reston , Virginia and be willing to travel around Northern Virginia as needed.

About The Role:

As a Clinical Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining community partnerships with hospitals, group practices, schools, and other resources that refer patients to Sandstone Care
• Supporting brand awareness and education in the community, and representing Sandstone Care at various events and meetings
• Achieving sales goals and increasing referrals to Sandstone Care’s programs and services

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years of experience working in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B or similar Sales Role
• At least 3 years of experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use field in an outreach, or business development role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology or other related fields
