Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Documentation Control Specialist (ISO/Compliance – Remote) to manage document control systems, ensure ISO compliance, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in documentation standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

  • Maintain and manage controlled documentation across departments.
  • Ensure proper version control and document classification.
  • Handle document distribution and access requests.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing compliance and ISO reports for management review.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to document control.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with quality, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Ensure documentation procedures align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in documentation control or compliance support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards.
  • Familiarity with government contracting documentation requirements.

Work Environment
