Job Title: Assembly Line Worker

Pay: $16/hour

Shift: Openings on First and Second shift

Job Description

Assembly Line Workers will be responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role involves assembling battery packs and related components in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. It requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test various lithium-ion battery configurations.
• Pick orders as needed.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in production and assembly line operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in battery assembly and testing.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong decision-making and quality focus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
