: R0106490 On Site Falls Church, Virginia, United States Full time Amentum supports the DOJ Executive Office for Immigration Review with records management and administrative services. The mission is to comply with requests for information submitted to the EOIR Office of General Counsel under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising employees and helping plan operational workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of records. Activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to: : Responsible for the administrative and technical direction of project personnel. Organizes, directs, and manages task order service delivery within a reasonable span of control, time frame, and budget constraints. Supervises, schedules, assigns duties, and reviews work of project personnel. Selects and hires and trains staff. Reviews for accuracy and approves employee timecards based on company policy. Acts as an employee resource including answering basic workflow and policy questions. Identifies and addresses basic employee relations concerns, notifying management of more complex issues. Coaches employees and recommends/issues disciplinary action. Writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats; Analyzes workflow/processes and develops SOP documents as requested; Provides suggested workflow changes or adaptations that could produce greater process efficiencies to the management team; Communicates both orally and written to management and customers; Work closely with customer and management to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations Performs a quality review of work received to ensure its compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures. Conducts research regarding work-related issues and responds accordingly in a timely fashion; Minimum Qualifications Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location. Five (5) years of progressive technical related experience and general office experience. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience. One (1) year in managing projects, including technical projects or computer operations. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Effective communication skills both written and spoken. Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and data entry experience - Strong Excel skills preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and conduct training.
