Job Description:
The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and pick products according to order requirements
- Use scanners or warehouse technology to verify correct items and quantities
- Prepare, stage, and package orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Restock inventory and assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to supervision
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred, but not required
