Account Associate
- Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
- Learn about each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making process
- Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation
- Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation
- Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
- Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required
