Solvd US
Our organization is redefining claims management across the auto and property space through a blend of AI innovation, proprietary technology, and expert-led services that deliver measurable results for insurers, fleets, rental, TPAs/MGAs, and adjacent industries.
Our US team combines automation, intelligence, and human expertise to simplify complex processes — accelerating cycle times, reducing costs, and improving outcomes across appraisal, repair, subrogation response, and auto/property estimating.
Our solutions help customers move beyond digital claims to a model that’s faster, smarter, and simpler — grounded in data accuracy, transparency, and customer experience.
As part of the Solvd Group, operating in 46+ countries, our mission is to drive results today while shaping the future of claims. From FNOL to final settlement, we connect technology and expertise to deliver precision, performance, and confidence at every stage.

This role plays a key part in HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, benefits coordination, performance processes, policy implementation, and talent management.
The HR Generalist partners closely with leaders and employees to support day‑to‑day HR needs, resolve issues, and maintain
accurate documentation and reporting. This position requires a detail‑oriented, approachable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing, and technology‑enabled environment.
What you’ll do:
Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns by gathering information, documenting issues, and escalating when appropriate.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Solvd US values.
- Support managers with coaching, policy interpretation, and best‑practice guidance.
Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support full‑cycle recruiting activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from offer acceptance through orientation.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access changes, and documentation.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist with policy updates, handbook revisions, and compliance audits.
- Support HR reporting needs, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and issue resolution.
- Partner with benefits vendors to address employee needs and maintain
accurate records.
- Support payroll processes by collecting and validating employee changes, timekeeping updates, and documentation.
- Help educate employees on available benefits and resources.
Performance Management & Development
- Support performance review cycles, goal‑setting processes, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist managers in documenting performance conversations and improvement plans.
- Help coordinate training sessions, learning opportunities, and HR‑led workshops.
Culture, Engagement & HR Projects
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
- Support HR‑related communications, surveys, and feedback loops.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or multi‑functional HR role.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
- Experience with BambooHR preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and basic analytics.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and propose solutions.
- Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
- Collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
What we offer:
- A base salary of between $75,000 - $85,000/annually, based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
- 401(k) plan options
- Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays.
- The opportunity to grow with a dynamic, innovative team in a startup-like culture.
