Office Assistant
Summary Warwick River Christian is a faith-based learning center/school/childcare. We currently have an opening for a part-time employee to assist with morning and afternoon work in a busy front office. We need someone who enjoys working in an environment where communication and cheerfulness is a must! This position includes a split shift (AM/PM). Duties -Greet parents & children upon arrival
-Answering phone calls and taking messages if necessary
-Record student arrivals and departures
-Assist with receiving parcel deliveries
-Assist teachers with copies
-Other various clerical duties Requirements -Pleasant personality with great people skills
-Willingness to accept a split shift (AM/PM)
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Successfully pass a full criminal background check including fingerprints.
-Maintain a professional attitude, behavior, and dress. Nice To Haves -CPR/First Aid certificate (current)
-Bilingual Benefits -Busy work environment with friendly staff
-No weekend hours
-Flexible work schedule with time off on specific holidays
