Receptionist
- Answering phones professionally and responsibly and directing callers to appropriate personnel.
- Greeting clients for appointments.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office.
- Mail collection and delivery.
- Able to handle multiple office responsibilities simultaneously.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written English
- Ability to work independently and multi-task by prioritizing workload to manage commitments effectively and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Capacity to learn quickly and retain highly technical information.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail oriented.
- Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be in office Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Part time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
