**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
+ Monitor entrances and exits to assist with access control and observe any unusual activity.
+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
+ Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
