Retail Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team. This entry-level, in-person role focuses on creating positive customer experiences, representing our brand in a retail setting, and helping customers find the right products and services.

No experience is required—we provide full training. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to start a career in retail, sales, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner within a retail environment
• Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations
• Deliver a positive, welcoming, and memorable customer experience
• Support in-store promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives
• Help drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and store needs
• Provide general customer assistance as needed
