Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and mechanical systems. This role requires effective leadership to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely, while also managing a team of maintenance personnel.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee low voltage electrical systems and troubleshoot any related issues as they arise.
• Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Provide mechanical knowledge and support for troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance management and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear instructions and reporting.
• Ability to analyze problems logically and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
