Associate Attorney
ProspectBlue has partnered with a well-established law firm in Northern Virginia and is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join its expanding business law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior attorneys on a broad range of complex commercial matters, serving businesses across various industries.

Attorneys in this role will have meaningful responsibility throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.
