Strategic Initiatives Manager, CCOE Strategy Team
DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Initiatives Manager is a key member of the CCOE strategy team, responsible for progressing key initiatives and proactively identifying insights and areas for ongoing improvement. Key job responsibilities1. Create point-of-view analyses of select domains (e.g., project-based analysis to generate insights and drive business decisions)2. Support Strategic Initiatives by:
- Creating roadmaps for project implementation
- Briefing various teams on project dependencies and needs
- Tracking progress relative to expected deliverable dates and milestones
3. Manage business operations by:
- Monitoring key metrics regularly to identify trends
- Collecting and analyzing initiative information for continuous business process improvements
4. Lead CCOE initiative deliverables, including participation in and leadership of programmatic activities 5. Develop and deploy new business processes, including establishing workflows between CCOE teams and other ASP teams to enable scale About the team
The Strategy Team is responsible for key initiatives that address challenges and opportunities for AWS Consulting Partners. The team also drives capability development, as well as general planning and strategy functions (e.g. OP1/2, investment management) for the Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (CCOE). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with AI tooling for job and workflow automation.
