Assistant Property Manager (Temporary-to-Hire)
A real estate group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (temporary-to-hire) to support the day-to-day operations of a large property. In this temporary-to-hire role, you will partner closely with the management to help oversee tenant services, maintenance coordination, building communications, vendor management, and administrative operations. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders alike. If you are highly organized, proactive, and enjoy being a central point of coordination across teams, this could be an excellent next step in your property management career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, external vendors, and extended contacts regarding operational requests and service-related matters.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests, work orders, building access, and vendor scheduling to ensure timely resolution and follow-through.
- Assist with communications, including updates, events, and operational announcements.
- Support on-site coordination for ad hoc building needs.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, track inventory, and assist with documentation related to building operations and tenants.
- Compile, edit and review Board Meeting materials, monthly updates, and community event logistics.
- Manage administrative projects, online requests, and additional operational tasks in support of the management office.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
