Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a bilingual, preferred but not required, Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate eager to launch a career in the legal field, as our client is willing to provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. The primary focus of this role is to provide essential support to attorneys, leveraging excellent organizational skills and fluency in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse clientele.

salary: $15 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, gather relevant case facts, and organize evidence for case preparation.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Maintain and organize case files, client records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court dates.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support the legal team.
