What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with service writers and other technicians to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Execute repairs with precision and uphold high craftsmanship standards.
• Engage in ongoing training—we support continuous learning and certification.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record as a diagnostically strong technician.
• ASE Certification and Virginia State Inspection License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Professional toolset.
• A clean, valid driver’s license.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
