As an Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple customer locations while leading, coaching, and supporting a team of employees. Your responsibilities include:
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Training and developing employees
- Conducting quality inspection
- Maintaining high service standards
- Leading by example
- Helping your team succeed every day
This position offers flexibility based on business needs and may range from part-time to full-time hours.

- Experience in facilities, hospitality, retail, logistics, property management, manufacturing, commercial cleaning, or another service industry is welcomed
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, facilities, commercial cleaning, property management, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service is welcome.
