Special Education (SPED) – Cross Categorical
Location: Ashburn, VA
Area: Cedar Lane ES
Class: SPED Cross Cat
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Pay Rate: $40–$45/Hour (Based on Experience)
Seeking a Special Education professional to support students with diverse learning and developmental needs in a school setting. The role involves providing individualized support and working closely with teachers and school staff to promote student success.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with special needs.
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support students with classroom activities and daily routines.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families as needed.
- Assist students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
