We are a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to supporting the homeless population through direct services and holistic care. Operating solely on donations, grants, and government funding , we are seeking an exceptional Grant Writer to join our team and help expand our impact.

Position: Experienced Grant Writer (Commission-Based)
Location: Remote or Hybrid (if local)
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based commission on all funds (donations, grants, government contracts) secured through your efforts

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research funding opportunities (private foundations, corporate sponsors, government grants)

• Write compelling, customized grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and donor pitches

• Manage grant applications from submission through reporting

• Collaborate with leadership to align proposals with organizational priorities and metrics

• Track and report grant activity and success rates

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience writing and securing 6- and 7-figure grants for nonprofit organizations

• Deep understanding of government funding processes and donor engagement strategies

• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

• Passion for social impact and commitment to supporting underserved communities
