Dental Biller / Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Biller / Office Manager to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day front office operations, managing billing and insurance processes, and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the front office, including scheduling, patient communication, and workflow coordination.

• Handle dental insurance claims, billing, payments, and collections accurately and efficiently.

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.

• Prepare and submit electronic and paper insurance claims.

• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and financial information.

• Support staff and assist with training and scheduling as needed.

• Ensure compliance with dental office policies, HIPAA, and state regulations.

• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and claim submission.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time .
