Your New Role

In this Restoration Estimator role based in Sterling, VA, you'll take the lead on assessing property damage and turning complex restoration needs into successful projects. You’ll:

• Meet with property owners after incidents and assess damage onsite

• Scope projects and build detailed estimates using Xactimate

• Present solutions and close restoration projects with professionalism

• Work with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth execution

• Keep your pipeline active through follow-ups and local networking

• Represent the brand with integrity and confidence in the field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in restoration or construction (field work or technician roles preferred)

• Strong understanding of mitigation and reconstruction processes

• Proficiency in Xactimate is required

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your workflow

• Comfortable growing a personal project pipeline over time

• Must live in or near Sterling, VA, and be able to travel within the local service area

• Experience with Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or CRM systems is a bonus
