Operations and CRM Associate

Fink's Jewelers is now hiring a full-time Operations and CRM Associate at our Home Office located on Electric Road in Roanoke, Virginia. The Operations and CRM Associate plays a critical role in enhancing customer relationship management and supporting operational activities within the organization. This position involves generating reports, standardizing materials, and facilitating training logistics while directly supporting various initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and store operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with CRM activities, reporting, and customer tracking.

- Standardize and manage CRM materials to support client interactions.

- Support initiatives for client engagement and data analysis.

- Facilitate training in logistics and coordination for store staff.

- Provide operational support for various programs and supplies.

- Ensure timely communication and response to customer feedback.

- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
