Experienced Dentist
If you have the people skills and clinical ability to thrive in an out-of-network practice, this is the opportunity for you . This practice provides comprehensive dentistry with a special emphasis on patient satisfaction. You will have well-trained support staff, the latest technology, and great colleagues. In this role, you will be taking over for a retiring dentist.
Associate Dentist Job Details:
- Fee for Service, out-of-network patient base
- Fees in the 90th percentile for the area. Average buildup and crown at $2,200+
- CBCT, iTeros, implant systems, electric handpieces, full surgical suites
- 2-4 days per week available, depending on your preferences
- Primarily adult patients
- $1,000,000+ annual doctor collections (retiring dentist’s collections in 2024)
- Excellent income potential as a percentage of full-fee procedures . No lab deductions on restorations.
- Benefits include 401k, health insurance, CE stipend
Associate Dentist Criteria:
- 10+ years of experience
- Exceptional people skills and experience presenting and gaining acceptance for big ticket treatment plans
- High standards for quality with advanced restorative skills. Experience with aligners is ideal
