The Opportunity:

As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight into Business Services performance.

As a member of the Supplier Payables Team, you will perform administrative, processing, facilitation, and auditing responsibilities, including adjustment vouchers, credit note handling, rate adjustments, integration failures resolution, expedited payments, and supplier-specific processing. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

How You'll Contribute :

  • Assist users in preparing, correcting, and understanding AVs and credit notes
  • Address and allocate credit notes received from suppliers
  • Make rate adjustments as per directives or validation
  • Conduct daily assigned check runs in Costpoint
  • Identify and resolve data or system integration failures
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of expedited payments
  • Maintain and execute supplier-specific invoicing or payment processes
  • Oversee payments via the ePayables portal
  • Coordinate with the point of contact to address aged invoices
  • Review supplier-related refund checks, log them, and ensure they're correctly accounted for in Costpoint
  • Manage expedited payment requests, ensuring correct approvals, documentation, and completion of the request
  • Examine PLC details to ensure proper mapping to purchase order
  • Reconcile invoices, ensuring consistency with external providers
  • Navigate and resolve complex contractual issues and exceptions
  • Serve as a financial liaison for subcontractors and project teams, managing rate adjustments to foster beneficial partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement of subcontractor management and complex invoicing procedures
  • Maintain system hygiene and resolving integration issues, ensuring invoices and vouchers are recorded correctly into the ERP
  • Collaborate with IT and other functions to enhance system functionality and user experience, driving the success of technological advancements within the AP landscape

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with advanced Accounts Payable processing including contract compliance, FAR and DFAR, and risk mitigation
  • Experience using Costpoint of government contract ERP systems
  • Experience with audit preparation and support
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with customer service
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt accordingly
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience managing rate adjustments, invoice adjustments, and credit memos for government contracts
  • Experience with Ivalua, Concur, or Oversight
  • Experience with complex government AP and billing practices
  • Ability to manage subcontractor relationships effectively through project support
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
