Job Description:
Act as a liaison between the technology team and finance/accounting departments, ensuring seamless coordination of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP processes. This role is 80% functional, requiring strong business acumen, reporting expertise, and leadership skills while remaining hands-on in system operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
• Conduct cross-functional meetings to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Manage a lean team of onshore functional analysts and offshore technical teams.
• Build financial reports, including balance sheets and financial statements, using Oracle Cloud Fusion reporting tools.
• Utilize BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View for reporting.
• Ensure smooth workflow between finance, accounting, and IT teams.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 10 years of ERP experience.
  • 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (functional focus).
  • Smartview
  • FRS (Financial Reporting Studio)
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows and financial processes.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in accounting or finance.
