Flow Master Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm )

• Set up and operate Flowmaster inserting equipment for direct mail production.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Load materials and ensure accurate assembly of mail pieces.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Flow Master Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality standards in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but may not be required based on experience.
