We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable private office that is seeking a dentist. There is already a very productive schedule as well as their associate is relocating for family reasons. The office has been in the community for over 20 years and has over 250 reviews online with an average of 4.9 stars!
They have 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants and 2 front desk. They are ideally seeking a dentist who is comfortable working independently, although some mentoring can be provided.
The office is a traditional FFS and PPO office with no Medicaid and no HMOs. Ideally they are needing an experienced dentist as this is a busy office and the owner practices at a different office. No nights and no weekends required. They have an excellent staff and long tenured staff of 1 hygienist and 3 assistants. The hygienist is seeing 12-14 patients per day. The office is all up to date with paperless charting and digital x-rays. They use Wave One for endo. They are averaging 50-60 new patients per month.
A full time dentist can expect to earn between 200K and 250K per year on general restorative. Much more if a dentist wants to place implants or do Invisalign. They are offering a 15K per month guarantee the first few months. Also a very competitive percentage of collections with no labs, as well as benefits, PTO, retirement plan and continuing education. There is also buy in potential if interested.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity, and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Performing oral cancer screenings.
Prescribing antibiotics and pain medications to patients as required.
Ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are sterilized before each use.
Taking impressions of patients' mouths for the fabrication of customized mouth guards and dentures.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
