Immediate openings for hardworking, local Class A professionals looking for a stable dedicated account. This home-daily position features steady year-round volume, a driver-centric dispatch team, and strong activity pay incentives.
The Financial Breakdown:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
- Annual Potential: Top performers can earn $75,000+ a year
- Transition Payout: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Unload Rate: $55 for every full trailer fully unloaded
- Stop Rate: $20 per stop (paid on all stops, including the first)
Your Base CPM Tier:
- Less than 1 year: $0.53 CPM
- 1 to 3 years: $0.55 CPM
- 3 to 5 years: $0.56 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.58 CPM
Fleet Reality & Schedule:
- Home Time: True home-daily routing.
- Running Lanes: Dedicated freight moving within Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV).
- Workload: Averaging 4 loads weekly, tracking roughly 2,000 miles. Average haul length is 490 miles.
- Shift Times: Schedules primarily require overnight and weekend availability.
- Equipment: This is a daily slip-seat operation.
- Freight Profile: Active unloading utilizing storefront-provided powered pallet jacks. We provide comprehensive training on the power equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active CDL-A license.
- Must have a minimum of 3 months of solo, verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Ability to work overnights and weekends consistently.
- Physically fit to manage power-jack unloading and standard pre/post-trip inspections.
