OSINT Analyst-Field Service Representative

The Opportunity
NTS is seeking an OSINT Analyst to serve as a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support users across multiple customer facilities. This role emphasizes OSINT tradecraft and guiding users through complex, multi-step analytical workflows, while capturing field feedback to inform product improvements.

Key Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

• Serve as the traveling, customer-facing technical representative for deployed software
• Support multiple customer facilities across the Virginia/DC region (up to 25% travel)
• Guide technical and non-technical users through complex OSINT workflows and tools
• Deliver training sessions, workflow demonstrations, and user onboarding
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering teams
• Document user challenges, best practices, and operational patterns; relay actionable feedback
• Assist with configurations, updates, and basic operational maintenance as required
• Ensure compliance with security and operational policies at each facility

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) Must have active Secret or higher T/S Security clearance preferred
  

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (FSR, FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical Trainer, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with OSINT tools, public data sources, and analytical workflows
• Demonstrated ability to explain and guide users through multi-step, mission-critical workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols.
• Work may be conducted in laboratory, workshop, office, and field environments with varying conditions.

This position will work on location at customer facilities as required. There could be multiple customer locations and onsite delivery required.
