Veterinarian
Fork Union Animal Clinic is actively seeking a GP Veterinarian to join our practice in Fork Union, Virginia.
Fork Union Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, GP / UC small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We are a four-doctor practice located in Fork Union, VA that has been caring for pets in Fluvanna County for over 30 years. We're looking forward to adding a fourth doctor to our practice!
**Open to NEW GRAD candidates -- great Mentorship Program!!
**$100K-$130K Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)
**We are closed on the weekends, which means no sharing weekend shifts!
Fork Union is located in Fluvanna County and is an easy 30 minute commute from Charlottesville, VA , home of the University of Virginia. Charlottesville is surrounded by the Monticello Wine Trail which consists of over 3 dozen wineries. Our vibrant wineries and a wide variety of restaurants allowed us to be highlighted in Food & Wine as one of the best “Small Cities with Big Food Scenes”. Charlottesville is also known for its historical significance including the homes of three of the country's founding fathers.

Fluvanna County can be found 1 hour to the North West of Richmond, VA, and just 30 minutes from Charlottesville, VA. Our central location in Virginia means we have plenty to offer. You can enjoy stunning views of the mountains along the Blue Ridge Parkway, or take advantage of our proximity to Virginia Wine Country. For outdoor enthusiasts, we have plenty of activities to enjoy, including hiking, paddling, camping, and mountain biking. Shenandoah National Park is also just 1 hour away from Fork Union.
